I was absolutely blown away when I arrived at this place! The whole house was just for me and at such an affordable price. It was spacious and luxurious, with a cozy atmosphere and stylish decor. The sunroom was a highlight for me, with its breathtaking views and floor-to-ceiling windows. I felt like I was sitting outside in the wilderness! The bathroom had a spa-like feel with a large tub, and the whole house had a cozy, homey vibe. I especially appreciated the warm and comfortable beds, as well as the heaters in every room and the large open fireplace. It was the perfect retreat during the winter. The location was fantastic too, with easy access to Armidale centre and nearby national parks. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to friends!
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

We recently spent a romantic weekend getaway in a quaint hotel in a beautiful countryside location. the room was cozy and clean, having all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the panoramic view of the vast green fields stretching as far as the eye could see. the hotel was conveniently located a short distance from the town center, making it easy to explore the local attractions. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any queries we had.
the decor of the hotel was a bit outdated and could use some modern touches.

We had a lovely romantic escape last week. The house was large enough to give us lots of privacy and space. It was also beautifully located near some stunning natural scenery. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen and we loved the beautiful views from the sunroom.
Although the shower off the laundry was a bit dated, it was still functional. However, the leak and low water pressure made it less than perfect. We only stayed for one night, but we could have easily stayed longer to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

This hotel was amazing. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the hotel itself was incredibly clean. The location was also great - it was on a hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Parking was easy and transportation was a breeze, with the city centre just a short distance away. I also enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
Everything great.

Located on a hill in the district, this hotel is handy to the city centre. the rooms are clean and well-stocked with appliances. the sheets are clean and the towels are plenty. There's a lovely sunroom to bask in the sunshine. the environment is pleasant and relaxed.
The TV in the main bedroom didn't work, as there wasn't any remote.
